In order to take the exam of Labour Law, the following exams must have been taken: General Constitutional Law; Private Law I.

The study of the textbook must be integrated by the consultation of the main labour laws, which can be found in an updated Labour Law code.
PLEASE NOTE: those students who are taking the whole exam of Labour Law during the winter session (2012/2013) can still use the 4th edition (2011) of the textbook. Changes introduced by Law n. 92, June 28th 2012, won't be part of the exam.
Type of Assessment - Last names H-Z
Students of the Corso di laurea in Scienze dei Servizi giuridici will take the final oral test on the programm mentioned above.
Students of the Corso di laurea in Giurisprudenza Magistrale, who will have attended classes, will be allowed to take the 1st part of the exam, which corresponds to 6 CFU of the 15 CFU, during the winter session on the programm mentioned above. The score obtained will be taken into account for the final evaluation.
