In order to take the exam of Labour Law, the following exams must have been taken: General Constitutional Law; Private Law I.

The study of the textbook must be integrated by the consultation of the main labour laws, which can be found in an updated Labour Law code.
PLEASE NOTE: those students who are taking the whole exam of Labour Law during the winter session (December 2014-February 2015) can still use the 5th edition (2012) of the textbook, completed with the on-line appendix for 2013 which is available for downloading on the website of the editor (http://www.giuffre.it/it-IT/products/144079.html) and with S. SCIARRA (ed.), Manuale di diritto sociale europeo, Giappichelli, Torino, 2010, chapters 1 e 9.
Type of Assessment - Last names H-Z
Students of the Corso di laurea in Giurisprudenza Magistrale will be allowed to take the 1st part of the exam, which corresponds to 6 CFU of the 15 CFU, during the winter session on the program mentioned above. The score obtained will be taken into account for the final evaluation. Students of the Corso di laurea in Scienze dei Servizi giuridici will take the final oral test on the program mentioned above.
